I ate Jokbal!

Jokbal, in Korean, 족발, which is really ‘pigs feet’.  Now, that being said, it’s more like ‘pigs legs’ in the same way you eat chicken legs.  You will see the ‘korean pancake‘(Jeon) which is more like an omelette (eggs, onions and such) as well as a ‘radish ice soup'(I don’t recall its name) and all the side dishes (obviously including kimchee).  And yes, I only ate the meat but NOT the toes!

Having a love of travel has lead me to move to South Korea in 2010. Moving to an Eastern culture from a Western culture is a wild experience and there is never a dull day!
