How do you even justify such poor workmanship?  Who is responsible for cutting the corners on this foundation?

Having a love of travel has lead me to move to South Korea in 2010. Moving to an Eastern culture from a Western culture is a wild experience and there is never a dull day!

    1. No….cheap workmanship. Having learned a little bit about building a house (my parent had one built when I was in highschool, so I got to see some neat stuff), they simply didn’t make the floor thick enough to withstand the building settling. The probably tried to ‘re-engineer’ the base (pfft, as if they could make it better settled than the previous thousand years of settling..).
